New Delhi: Sahara India on Saturday confident the Superior
Judge that its two organizations which had brought up Rs 24,000 crore through
Additionally Completely Sports convertible Debentures (OFCDs) from their investors
will reimbursement the quantity within three several weeks.
"We will reimbursement the quantity. There is no query

organizations.
It had requested the organizations to reimbursement the cash
to their investors within three several weeks with 15 % yearly attention.
It had also requested Sahara to supply all its records to
the regulator.
The court had also hired one of its outdated most judges,
Rights B N Aggarwal, to manage the activity taken by SEBI against the two
Sahara companies.
